Alexandra J. Hall is the Founder & Principal Consultant of Pretty SMART, LLC- an educational advocacy and quality improvement firm. She has been a leader in the field of Early Childhood Education for several years, and has served hundreds of early learners and school aged youth over the course of her career.
Alexandra's entire family is #PikeProud. She is married to LaMarcus J. Hall, who teachers Family & Consumer Science courses at Pike High School. The couple has two children: Ansley; a kindergartener at Deer Run Elementary & Lance; a pre kindergartener at NJELC.
She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha, Sorority, Inc. and serves on the executive board of the IN Division for Early Childhood of the Council for Exceptional Children. In her spare time, you can find her crafting, working on a graphic design project, planning her next big event, spending time with family and friends, travelling or binge-watching procedural dramas.
